Stainless flat is obtained by rolling of corrosion-resistant flat with further cutting.

Hardening occurs by means of annealing. The flat has excellent anti-corrosion characteristics, resistance to chemical corrosion, strength and wear resistance.

It differs in width, initial steel grade, plate thickness, rolling method. Depending on the grade of the raw feedstock, there are differences in plasticity indexes and impact strength.

The main steel grades are AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 430.

Stainless steel flats are used with the following purposes:

  • for the manufacturing scissors, knives, cutters, other cutting tools made of the steel in industrial amounts;
  • decorative finishing of interiors, entrance groups, park and garden zones;
  • landscape design;
  • arranging stair flights, creating lining made of flats and other stainless structures in construction;
  • rolled metal products packaging, strapping, fixing of big and heavy objects;
  • manufacturing formed sections and metal products for different fields of national economy.
